fbm Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the fbm platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. 1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the fbm platform, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are permitted to hold only one account on the platform; duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. fbm reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility, and failure to provide these documents within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify fbm support immediately. The platform cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. Accounts registered using false information, proxy services, or on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on the fbm platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP), and no currency conversion fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals. Deposits are credited to your account promptly after confirmation from your chosen local payment channel, and you are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you submit are correct before completing any transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed clearly within your account dashboard at the time of funding. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, and you may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is approved. fbm does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in the FAQ section of the platform. If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing window, you should contact support through your account dashboard for an update. Any funds deposited in error or through a disputed transaction may be frozen pending investigation, and fbm reserves the right to reverse transactions where fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn, and these requirements are communicated clearly at the time any bonus is credited to your account.

3. Betting Rules and Platform Use

All bets placed on the fbm platform — whether on sports events, live casino tables, or slots — are final once confirmed, and cannot be cancelled or amended after submission. You are responsible for ensuring that your selections are correct before confirming any wager, and fbm accepts no liability for bets placed in error by the user. Odds, game outcomes, and payout calculations are determined by the platform's systems, and any technical error that results in an incorrect display of odds or payouts will be corrected, with affected bets settled at the correct values. The platform reserves the right to void any bet that was placed after an event has concluded or where a clear pricing error occurred.

Access to specific sections of the platform — including Sports, Live Casino, Slots, and Betting — is subject to your account being in good standing and your balance being sufficient to cover the stake. fbm may impose betting limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected. Any attempt to exploit system errors, use automated betting software, or manipulate outcomes through collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

4. VIP Programme and Bonuses

Participation in the fbm VIP programme is automatic for all registered users, with tier progression based on your activity across the platform over time. VIP benefits — including priority support, higher transaction limits, personalised bonuses, and dedicated account management at upper tiers — are awarded at fbm's discretion and may be adjusted or withdrawn if your account activity falls below the threshold required to maintain a given tier. Bonuses credited through the VIP programme or promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are communicated at the time the bonus is credited, and it is your responsibility to review these terms before accepting any offer.

fbm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or VIP benefit at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated, and any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to account closure. 5. Privacy, Data, and Security

fbm collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Your data will not be sold to third parties, and access is restricted to authorised personnel and service providers who require it to operate the platform. You have the right to request access to the personal data fbm holds about you, and to request corrections where that data is inaccurate.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and browser are secure when accessing the platform, and fbm recommends that you log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. The platform uses industry-standard encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and our servers, but no online system can guarantee absolute security, and you use the platform at your own risk in this regard. Any suspected data breach or security incident should be reported to fbm support immediately.

6. Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once applied, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. The platform does not permit users under the age of 21 to register or participate in any form of wagering activity, and age verification checks are conducted as part of the account registration and withdrawal processes.

7. Limitation of Liability and Amendments

fbm provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the platform's control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services, and fbm will not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of such interruptions. The platform's liability to any user is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's account at the time of any dispute, and fbm is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the Philippines, and any disputes that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.

fbm reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided through the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
